H&B Health employs over 30 people working collectively across the member surgeries to support the PCN services.

The management board is made up of GP partner representatives from our 4 member practices, as well as a Medical Director and CEO. Collectively the board oversee all operational services being delivered to Hoddesdon & Broxbourne PCN as well as other health services the company is supporting. The board, working collaboratively with our member practices act to ensure all network resorces are appropriately aligned to best meet our patient needs. The board is also working across the network to learn best practice from the member practices and ensure all of our doctors surgeries consistently deliver standardised best care.
